Sometimes errors occur if your bucket has an illegal character in its name.
If your bucket has a . or ( ) (dot/period or parenthesis) - it will cause issues with sizing and browsing and the name of your bucket may be interpreted as a domain instead.
If you rename the bucket without a DOT or (), that should fix the problem and your files will appear.
You may need to remove your cloud accounts and re-enter the API keys/information and start your migration again.
